Overall a great experience and I was working with Jim to start but he was with another customer the day I came into buy. He introduced me to Kyle who helped me the rest of the way. They both were great. I am waiting to hear on new AT tires that were in the deal, so hopefully someone contacts me to pick the tires and get them ordered. Very unprofessional .drove 100 miles to look at a sprinter they advertised . Internet ad portrayed as a clean low mileage 46 thousand dollar vehicle . This thing was beat missing and broken parts. The salesman was even embarrassed. Went back in to dealership to negotiate the price if I decided to buy it .he sent his young employee that has been there for two weeks to tell us he wasn’t dealing. I felt sorry for the young salesman as he was doing his best to make a sale, but I feel sorrier for the dealership fo have such a incompetent sales manager working for them. I bought a new dodge scat pack from this dealership in 2016. But never again. I did buy a sprinter from there competition a few hours later and am now happy
