Was a great experience beginning to end Kyle and the finance team were awesome to work with

I was lied to. I was told my credit would be ran once. I said specifically that I wanted my credit ran no more than once. The finance guys here lied straight to my face stating it would only be ran once, and also confirmed again after my deal was done that I only had my information ran once. I received 3 inquiries in total and this is just flat out messed up. This dealership didn’t even run my credit through chase who I suggested as the best option since I was preapproved already and have several credit cards with them. I’m disgusted with their lack of effort to communicate back with me as well. Terrible, terrible experience and I’ll be sharing with everyone I know!

Travis and Tyler where wonderful. It was my partner and i’s first time buying a car, let alone together, and they helped us every step of the way . The only complaint I have is how long the process was. We got there around 1, and left around 530. They said they where quite backed up, but the dealership didn’t seems too busy at the time.
