The wait time was normal, staff seemed quick and knowledgeable. Lance did a great job communicating to clueless me and my wife what was going on and shared his knowledge about future maintenance needs. That was much appreciated because it set our minds at ease about upcoming maintenance. This is our first diesel and the appointment was for our first oil change so we weren't sure what to expect. Overall a good experience.

My sales rep Pat was great. Pat took very good care of me. The wait between agreeing on a price and finance was too long considering I was paying cash. This wasn’t Pat’s fault. He was busy cleaning up my truck while the finance team was trying to get the paperwork completed.
