The sales guy, Pat Dooley was very friendly and knowledgeable, I appreciate his effort. However I had bad experience with the guy that was preparing the final documents for me to sign, I think he is the financial guy. First of all, he didn’t care or paid attention to the fact that I informed him I had loan preapproval from my credit union. He discreetly changed the interest rate I was approved for to a higher rate. He also inserted some extraneous charge ($399.09) which he couldn’t explain. Also, I forgot my pocket Swiss knife and a lot of coins in my ash tray, it got swiped. They claimed they don’t know who took them but they have the key secured. I am not happy about that.

Everyone was very professional and they worked really hard to make us happy, to which they excelled. It was a very good experience and we will be back to their dealership again.
