The wait of processing the paperwork was ridiculous. We arrived at 12 and didn't get out until 6:30-7:00. Other than that it was great. I love Gresham Dodge. It was my 2nd purchase.

I am sad that our dealer has treated us like "one and done." We made a purchase and now he does not even associate with us. No greeting or Hi! how have you been whenever we go into the dealer. The one we feel like we have built a relationship with is the finance lady, Chantel, and the other dealers and managers. I will not go to Jim the salesman after this purchase. I give the Dealership 5 stars, but I give Jim 2 stars and that's being generous
