So here's the deal I personally don't care for car lots....

So here's the deal I personally don't care for car lots. But this is my 1st time dealing with these guys my girlfriend's 4th time dealing with them and she is no longer allowed to go to the carlat without supervision every time she goes in for an oil change or something else she comes back with the new car. With that said this review. Darrell Was her cells person this time we both thought he was nice straightforward up front it wasn't played the game we definitely appreciate that we both are the type that 1 it straight forward no gimmicks no BS and that's what we got we highly recommend this dealership and their service department is in that badd also. I can't say enough about this dealership. Would recommend Add I would give them the next oppertunity turn my business when in the market for a car.. Thanks for doing the work that you did to make it happen we definitely appreciate it

Nick was alright, the business manager was very rude. Had a good first impression but the last impression was terrible. Our new to us vehicle also smells and they weren’t able to budge on anything. Poor experience looking back but glad we stuck with it since we like our purchase.

We are unhappy with our purchase, they did now follow...

We are unhappy with our purchase, they did now follow through with warranties as described. No contact with products we were charged for. Poor communication!

I was told over the phone that the entire transaction...

I was told over the phone that the entire transaction would be about 2 hours. I showed up, test drove the car and was in and out in about 2 hours. I appreciate the accuracy as my time is valuable to me and sitting in a dealership is torture. All of the staff did a good job with the covid-19 protocols as well.

Just purchased a new Jeep from them. Paul and the rest of the staff were awesome. Very informative and absolutely ZERO pressure. Keep up the good work and I will definitely be back.

Just lies and manipulation from the beginning.

I worked with Zach in the sales department on a used Jeep. Living in another state there was a lot of information to be confirmed by phone, pic. etc. Yet when we flew in to purchase the Jeep, we discovered there was no AC - a requirement of ours. When questioned, Zach even confirmed his manager sent him out to verify it had AC before we flew in. He stated he went outside and turned the dial to cold and it blew cold so it had AC......it is winter - of course it blew cold!! But that is not AC! To compound matters and make them worse, the sales manager offered us $1500 off to pay for retrofitting AC to the Jeep. When I asked to see the kit list so I knew what to take to my local dealer, I got a lot of run around and pushing to make the deal without producing such a list. When I pushed back, he finally admitted no OEM retrofit existed and that it would be aftermarket......yet he couldn't produce a kit. He only showed replacement compressors from some auto repair store and tried passing that off as a kit cost. Then he tried pushing us to a different Jeep with an automatic even though MY stated requirement was a manual since negotiations began the week before. I feel like I was manipulated and lied to at every turn by this dealership. No excuses or apologies. No attempts to make this right in any way. And so I was left stranded in Portland with nothing but an Uuber account and lies. Thanks Gresham Dodge.

Was really nice, showed me everything I was looking for and very helpful. The dealership was clean, had free coffee and hot chocolate. Overall good experience.
