Disappointed to have to write this review but it appears this store has either an old school sales process where the internet department focuses on getting you in for a test drive then gets you into F&I to hammer out a deal, or the salesperson I worked with is new to the business. Communication was slow and dismissive. As a result, it was not a good experience. This is an opportunity to revisit their sales processes.

just popped back into the dealership to ask for help with a couple of items on my new car. Hernando stepped forward and took care of both items. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I am so pleased. No waiting. No fuss
