Want pressured into a car, go here. Chris was great at first, but felt like i was pressured into a car. Trust me, the car is nice, but I flat out told them I do NOT want bells and whistles. Kept saying "but it checks all your boxes" "come on girl! You're going to love this! It's a sexy car!" Liked it at first but even the finance person, Stone, was saying "get excited! You're getting a great car!!" If they were good sales people and cared about their customers, they would have noticed i was jot happy buying this vehicle, but felt pressured into buying it. They went through the process so quickly, it confuses you.

I have reached out and left a voice mail. When I called back, I felt like i got "oh well". I have been under so much stress about this it's making me sick.
Never would I buy or send anyone to this dealership..their goal is sell no matter what...not to care for the customer and be transpartent..

Deal is done..1St and 2nd..if i were made aware of the cost in the diff of the broken gmc to the chevy i would have waited and drove your rentals ..a couple months...that was a secret..a 9000. Hit
Do not buy from this dealership or and of the other 14 stores under their flag. I made it very clear I wanted no extended warranties and ended up with a $1999 lux care protection warranty that is useless. It not backed or underwritten by anyone but the dealership. It is no refundable upon sale of vehicle and the dealership can't even provide documentation on what it covers. If you do get sucked in to this place read every small line of your contract...

Don't do business with this dealership. They lie to your face about what their standard business practices are. I asked them not to send my deal to anymore banks after two said no. But, they continued to send it to eight different banks. Now, they have ruined my credit for the next two years. Please, don't do business with these liars, or you might regret it. Definitely don't deal with Andrew.
