I recently had a very disappointing experience at DARCARS

I recently had a very disappointing experience at DARCARS BMW of Mt Kisco. After negotiating and agreeing on a final price of $32,500 for a vehicle, I was informed after the deal was essentially completed that the dealership could not honor that price. Instead, they increased the price by $3,500. Changing the agreed-upon terms after a deal has been reached is extremely unprofessional and undermines trust. Transparency and integrity are critical when making a major purchase like a vehicle. Unfortunately, this experience did not reflect those values. I would encourage anyone considering doing business here to ensure that all pricing and terms are clearly documented and finalized before proceeding. Very disappointing overall experience

I buy all my cars from DarCars BMW Mt Kisko - they are the best dealership I have dealt with ever. - Every stage of buying process was outstanding!!! Sales - Nicholas Myers was amazing and made the car-buying experience painless and super eficient and stressless. He was patient, answered all my questions, and never pressured me to buy, and kept in touch with me after I bought the car. I would highly recommend him and will definitely buy my next car from him. Contracts - Anthony Carpio-Diaz made the process of completing all contractiual documents and financing super efficient and quick - never experienced anything like this in any other dealership. I will ask for him next visit. Management - Jerome Ballesteros (General Manager) went above and beyond making my buying and negotiating experience. He treated me like his most valuable customer. He was extemely knowledgeable, honest and transparent of the BMW Brand and experience. He also took time from his busy schedule that day to talk to me and listened and answered all my questions. Bottom line I commend and thank the entire team with very high marks (rating of A++ or 5 Stars) to everyone - Recommend anyone to go DarCars BMW in Mt Kisko for a great buying (or leasing) experience.

Brought my car in for a recall estimated as 1 hour’s work by BMW. After 2 days, still waiting, virtually no communication from the rep, who doesn’t answer texts or calls.

Extremely unpleasant experience.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Salesperson (Noah Zaslow) strung out negotiations on a custom build of BMW X5 plug-in hybrid for purchase or lease, provided misleading answers or didn't answer questions at all (which seemed calculated to wear me down), demanded that I visit the dealership in person to conduct negotiations when there was no need, and ultimately did not stand by the deal we struck. I ended up going with another BMW dealership instead. I do not recommend BMW Mt. Kisco.

I recently visited this dealership to inquire about a

I recently visited this dealership to inquire about a BMW, M3, and my experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. I spent 10 to 15 minutes walking around before anyone offered assistance. The sales associate who finally approached me never properly introduced himself, or even asked for my name, which already felt unprofessional. I asked about the M3, but was told none were available, and that the specifications I wanted weren’t offered. I then turned to my attention to a BMW M2 competition on display with an $82,000 sticker price. When I asked what the best price they could offer was, the manager shouted from across the room that the sticker price was final. This came off as very disrespectful and unprofessional – no introduction, no courtesy, just a dismissive tone. I made a $78,000 offer, but it was brushed off as if I had made a joke. The sales associate, then tried staring me toward a lesser model, as if I couldn’t afford the car. I was clearly interested in throughout the entire interaction, I was never offered a seat, never asked for my information, and never treated as a serious customer. I even asked about leaving a deposit since it was late in the day, but the manager claimed they don’t take the profits. I then clarified that if we agreed on a price, I’d purchase the vehicle outright, instead of moving toward a deal, the manager assumed I was financing and began implying how high the payments would be when I explained I’d be paying in full, he continued pushing cheaper vehicles I hadn’t asked about. Unfortunately, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was being judged by my appearance. I had come directly from work, wearing boots and work clothes, and I truly felt profiled the entire time. Meanwhile, I watched others being offered coffee, pulled into offices, and treated as valued customers. This lack of professionalism-especially from management-is unacceptable. I now understand why so many negative reviews exist for this location. If you are a hard-working, blue-collar, customer, expect to be disrespected and overlooked here I would strongly recommend going to another dealership or your business is treated with the respect it deserves.

A waste of time in my opinion, Ive been here two separate

A waste of time in my opinion, Ive been here two separate occasions and both have failed miserably with Sales…. Premium Fees, Minimal Information, Over MSRP $$….. Cant imagine what service would be like to deal with here. Definitely does not give the same welcoming feel as ANY OTHER BMW dealer I have ever done business with. I will certainly continue driving further to a different dealer although this one is around the corner from home. Very Disappointing.

I am writing this review to correct a wrong and offer a sincere public apology to the outstanding sales team at DARCARS BMW of Mt. Kisko, specifically to my salesman, Felipe Cordeiro, and Sales Manager, Ed. I regrettably submitted a low assessment on a dealership-provided survey, mistakenly believing it was a way to prompt BMW corporate to contact me. I have since learned that my submission negatively impacted Felipe and Ed, and for that, I am truly sorry. I've been told there's no way to directly amend the survey, but I hope this review serves to publicly acknowledge their exceptional service and rectify any negative impression. During my visit, Felipe and Ed provided truly tremendous care, going above and beyond to accommodate my needs and desires. Thanks to their efforts, I drove away with the BMW iX EV I had been searching for for months. Their transparency and upfront approach were pivotal in making my decision easy and confident. Even after my purchase, Felipe was incredibly responsive, answering my calls and texts, and guiding me even on his day off. Ed and Felipe are, without a doubt, immense assets to BMW of Mt. Kisko. I feel genuinely horrible for the unintended consequences of my survey. I will wholeheartedly and without hesitation recommend DARCARS BMW of Mt. Kisko, and especially Ed and Felipe, to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle. Once again, my deepest apologies and immense gratitude to both Felipe and Ed.
