Only received automated communication. Took a week to get the information I was inquiring on, which is also when the car had sold. The process was too painful to want to repeat.

This was our first purchase from Northside Auto. I grew up as a car dealer's daughter and about half of my family was in the car business as I grew up. I am not an easy buyer. I shopped throughout the Indy area and online. I explored new and pre-owned vehicles. We purchased a one year old vehicle from Northside Auto. While there were three vehicles I liked (two elsewhere), I decided to buy from Northside in large measure because of their knowledge, business transparency, fair pricing, quality of the vehicle, attention to detail, and honesty. These things separately (let alone together) are what one hopes for when making a major purchase like this. They were all tied up with a bow. They went above and beyond. There was a tiny issue that they fixed instantly. If service were this good everywhere what a wonderful world it would be :) I can't recommend Northside Auto (and Chad Williams, the sales person who had to put up with me) any more highly.

This dealership doesn't stand behind their product. When a vehicle breaks down on the way home from purchase, you would think they'd offer to help. Then when it turns out that thousands of dollars of work is needed on that vehicle within days of purchase, this dealership does nothing. They are selling broken vehicles and then refuse to answer the phone when you try to hold them accountable. They are scammers!

Terrific experience from beginning to end. Great cars, great staff, and, best of all, absolutely no pressure. I can't recommend them highly enough. They've earned a customer for life.
