After a rocky start with the purchase of my 2025 Subaru Outback in February 2026, Pete, the manager at Wilde reached out immediately to address my concerns. Joseph (a gem) picked up my car and took it to the dealership. Alexander (another gem) kept me informed regularly while the car was in the service center. Pete checked on the entire process and wouldn’t let my Outback leave Wilde until he was satisfied. Joseph returned my car and reassured me that everything was taken care of. I got the royal treatment and couldn’t be more pleased. Wilde Subaru is a new dealership for me, and I will definitely return there for future service.

I was happy with the dealership however I am having an
I was happy with the dealership however I am having an issue with the vehicle and took it in for service and they weren’t able to fix it. I don’t know if there’s something wrong with the card itself or something that is a bigger problem with Subarus software.

The new location is very nice.
The new location is very nice. Ample room and amenities while waiting. Service advisor, Amir, was very friendly, courteous and professional. He was the star of the service experience. There were some glitches accessing the extended service contract but they were ultimately resolved. The USB for the infotainment system was replaced but remains somewhat loose. Perhaps it can be tightened next visit.

Great new service waiting area where there is ample space
Great new service waiting area where there is ample space for eating, lounging, children. Suggest a screen showing vehicle progress be installed there. Service was friendly, courteous and informative. We always make an appointment. However, when the "Express" option is busy, our wait and service takes much longer. We were told appointments have priority, but our first appointment for oil & filter took over 3 hours because 'they were 'so busy'. An appointment time shouldn't be offered if the schedule is full. Why make an appointment if you still have to wait so long? Subaru should give more thought to how the Express feature is marketed and inform those making appointments that wait time can change depending on how busy the Express is.
