I’ve been calling and no one will call me back. I’m taking my car out of town. Worst customer service in history!! I got my car back in worst shape than when I brought it there. I’ve reached out called, emailed. Bad Business

I called about a recall several times, left voice messages, and still waiting for a response. I called about service but was cut off several times while waiting on the phone. Service manager nonexistent. I have been driving a Porsche for years, but this is the first time I have had such a bad customer service experience. Going out of state now. Well done, Porsche Mobile.

My last visit wasn’t my normal experience here. I’ve been dealing with Porsche for 4 years exclusively at your company in Mobile. I get my car out the shop and the last couple of days. I’ve noticed a crack tail light, a scar on my driver side bottom kit. I questioned my family and no one knew about it. I’ve been hearing notices that comes from my car when I turn that the Porsche manager told me about when I picked car up. Why they didn’t figure it out and fix before I came back is beyond reasoning. My front bumper kit isn’t placed accurate. My service engine light has come on. I had a discrepancy on charges that my insurance company didn’t know about that the manager said he told them . Just a host of things.

I would definitely recommend this dealership. I drove down from Louisiana after my salesman Eric came to agreement on a deal when I arrived he had all my paperwork ready the finance manager got me in and out back on the hwy in no time.

Eric got us into the car we were looking for without too much trouble. Everyone we met there, and at the adjacent dealership was really helpful. Would recommend.

Buying a vehicle from out of state was a first for me. Eric made the transaction seamless. I flew down and I was picked up at the local airport. Paperwork was sent to me ahead of time. Polite team from Eric to driver. Thanks for putting me in a perfect 911!!!
