Over all are voicing my concerns, they made things right

Over all are voicing my concerns, they made things right in the end, I feel things didn't have to go the way they did. When a customer has there pre-qualification and vehicle picked time needs to be taken to make sure nothing is missed on both parties end, most of all honesty and transparency is key to keeping consumers coming back.

Terrible service department.

Terrible service department. Needed brake work done. They did the back brakes but didn’t check the front so had to go somewhere else a month later to get the front done

Most of the time you don't want to get your car service

Most of the time you don't want to get your car service because of the long wait time or inconsiderate advisor. But Steve Raymond Chevrolet know they had a problem and bought Reggie back. He knows the vehicles and knows the customer's need. Make sure feel comfortable and get you and and out. I was there less than 2 hours OUTSTANDING, I could handle some more business in a day.
