I have been coming to this location since 2016 when I bought Mt car from here ans I have NEVER had an experience like I did on Saturday. I will not be going back!!!!

Keisha was very helpful when we came in. We already had an idea of what we wanted to get, and she answered all of our questions without any distractions or unwanted upsells. The whole process was very smooth

Incompetent.

Incompetent. Lost my order multiple times and sat there for 5+ hours for a chip recall. Was told an hour when I actually sat there for 3 more.

Loan agreement was changed after the fact and they will

Loan agreement was changed after the fact and they will not send me the new paperwork. I've tried to contact them for 3 months and not even a reply. Will never buy from this dealer again. I've even told them my C.P.A. needs it for my taxes, no reply.

Our fleet truck was there for over 4 months.

Our fleet truck was there for over 4 months. Zero communication to us regarding progress. The only updates that we received came from me calling.. We were given a loaner truck, but when we called them to let them know the loaner truck was due for an oil change, we were told to bring it in and get another. This time we were told that trucks were not an option for loaners. We then had to go rent one until the repairs were finally made. Not at all satisfied with the service department.
