Made an appointment and showed up on time.

Made an appointment and showed up on time. At other dealerships it means you are seen right away but they were busy helping other customers. So I waited 10 mins, no big deal. I was told an estimated 60-90 mins for my oil change, it was over, but I didn't expect any different after having to wait for my so called appointment time. I prepaid for my oil change the service before and the service advisor couldn't find it. I had to make him dig and do math to figure out that I did essentially pay for it last time. That part pissed me off. Had I not remembered I would have paid for another oil change. Needless to say, I won't be back. I'll share my experience with others. I'm not looking for Porsche level service, although it would be nice, but I also don't appreciate being potentially taken advantage of.

Our salesperson Jack McCuthan was absolutely fantastic!

Our salesperson Jack McCuthan was absolutely fantastic! We are over 3 hours away and needed to be sure every detail was taken care of before making the trip and Jack stayed on top of everything. He kept in touch and answered all our questions and didn't mind if I made last minute changes, he really kept a pleasant and professional attitude. I would definitely reach out to jack for any future purchases.
