After noticing the smell of fuel when outside of my

After noticing the smell of fuel when outside of my vehicle and observing that my gas mileage was not what it used to be, I took my car in to be checked. I thought it might be related to a fuel issue described in the technical bulletin I received in the mail a while ago. Jonathan Woods was my service advisor. He was able to get my car looked at fairly quickly. I was notified that my car had a very serious issue going on with a fuel leak and that it was extremely hazardous to even start my car. I was placed in a loaner car. He was able to get my replacement parts overnighted and had my car ready the next day. I was very pleased with Jonathan and the attention he gave to this matter to ensure that it was safe for me to drive my car again!

Jonathan is excellent. He's been my service rep since I purchased my Kia. Extremely knowledgeable, honest. Always present me with the full picture with regard to service, maintenance, etc.
