Michelle was excellent. However, Service Dept. took over 3 hours to do simple work; oil change, tire rotation, & recall. Should not have taken that long.

They always park our car at the front when finished.
They always park our car at the front when finished. They hid our car from us this time. Had three different people drive it. Never will I go back. Must be under new management.

Purchased a brand new car that I was told I could get it
Purchased a brand new car that I was told I could get it that day but I didn’t get it till next day… they even asked me to come next day to pick it up like if I have the time to waste, remind you I waited 5hrs waiting for sales rep to get my info on the system, because she never finished computer class …. at the end I was told to come next day to pick it up…I refused and after going back and forth they finally agree to deliver the car to me…however, next day the sales rep delivered the car driving it to my home…not even towed and without insurance…and gave me only 1 key … also there was a scratch in the passenger door handle. I have the pic and told her to take a pic as well after she tried to clean it many time without luck , she said a polish will help. Now I’m probably gonna be asked to go back to the dealer, which is 1 hr away , just to get my key because this dealer it’s just too tired to help. Remind you this dealer gave 0 discount on the msrp and was told I should b grateful to them because they removed their xx shinning coat and strip that was like $5k .
