The only feedback I can give would be not to xxxxing scalp your customers. Thank god I’m lucky enough to have a master mechanic friend. I won’t be coming back for anything. Not an oil change, not upgrades I plan on making, not a single thing. Demitrius, the sales person who helped me was very kind and professional, he was clearly only doing his job. My biggest problem is with the tech - whose name was not given to me - and his/your pricing & lies about how long this fix would cost and take.
