Not very accommodating. Don't follow up with customers. The service center is hard to reach. I'm considering changing location for services.

They responded quickly to my initial inquiry and confirmed that they had the car I was looking for. Once I got there to see the car and decided to purchase it, the process was relatively quick and efficient.

Arkeem was so great to work with. Our whole process was made very easy! We were so thankful to have him and all the management help us along the way. They were unable to complete our vehicles arrival inspection that evening because it was late so we had to come back but that was not a big deal. The finance person we worked with was knowledgeable but however, we would have appreciated a little bit more tact in the customer service department.
