Let me start off by saying my purchase experience with Platinum Motors was very pleasant. Nazim was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle controls and how to use them during my test drive and during the vehicle inspection. Making the deal after the test drive was low key and relaxed. We went back and forth and reached a deal I was happy with. Nazim and Austin were very helpful answering all my questions both over the phone and in person. I would recommend Platinum Motors to anyone and I'm sure you will be pleased with your buying experience too!!

As of late if I have left feedback online about an experience that I had, it's usually negative but I had to share an outstanding experience that I had with Platinum Motor Cars. I'll try to get to the point as quickly as possible. I was in the market for a car and had looked around at a few places. It was important to me that with this purchase I was going to have a great buying experience, purchase a very high quality vehicle, get maximum value for my trade and make my purchase at a fair price. The first couple of dealerships that I ventured to the cars were really nice but it felt as though I was in a meat grinder, being sized up to see who was going to take my entire life savings from me! I knew I couldn't trust them with my business. After going to a couple more dealers and experiencing much of the same, I decided to just go home and wait to purchase a car. Once at home I was online looking around and came across Platinum, they had the car I was looking for and it was at a great price. It was close to closing for them when I called but they were very patient with answering my questions over the phone and even kept the dealership open for me to drive out and look at the car (Thank You guys so much for That)! Once I arrived they were very personable and patient. My happiness and success with purchasing a car was extremely important to them. Above all they were honest with me. They walked me through the entire history of the car I was purchasing and gave me maximum value for my trade. I truly walked away feeling like it was a very fair deal for both parties. About a week after my purchase I had an issue arise with the vehicle. Nothing major but an issue non-the-less. I called Platinum and they apologized and didn't make excuses or tell me tough luck! They took care of it and the very next day after my call to them (OUTSTANDING SERVICE)!! I'll end this by saying. I had an amazing experience with all phases of my buying process. I have been looking for awhile for a 2y old Q5, and Naz found me a great a deal. I got exactly the car I wanted for an attractive price, a much better option than what the local Audi dealers were able to offer. The service level was outstanding, Naz even dropped off the car by my place (1h away from his shop) and helped me figure out how to work the multimedia system.

I purchased a 2007 Porsche 997 from Austin and I cant say enough about how easy and professional he was thru the entire process. I didnt expect a 100% perfect car. I was shopping around for an SUV for my wife after hers was lost due to water damage. Called about an Audi Q5 these guys had. Told them I would be there later that afternoon to check it out. When I arrived, they had the car already pulled out and ready to go. Went for a test drive with Nas and he was very knowledgeable about the car, going over all of the options. I had my dad(who is an Audi nut) inspect the Q5 inside and out and he agreed that it was in fantastic condition. We negotiated the price quickly and painlessly, which was nice for a change compared to the other dealerships I visited. Drove the car home that same day and my wife absolutely loved it!!!! She's been telling me I need to upgrade my car too but I'm okay with my 8 year old truck for now. But when I start looking for my next car, I know exactly where to look first.

Purchased a 2011 Audi S4 from Ali at Platinum Motor Cars and couldn't be happier. Customer service was impeccable, the car was very well maintained and looked beautiful upon arrival. Never purchased a vehicle sight unseen. Austin made my buying experience very pleasant. The pictures depicted exactly what the car turned out to be and look to be professionally taken. Just made the car look beautiful. Had numerous pictures on their website that were VERY helpful in the buying process. After making the deposit, I sent them a check from my credit union. They also secured vehicle transport on an open trailer, which I was hesitant about. But the vehicle arrived about four days later (I'm in New Jersey) just the way I saw it in the pictures. I met the driver at the local mall. Platinum motors kept following up to keep me posted on the status of delivery. I will definitely be considering them for all future vehicle needs.

Since the vehicle had to be shipped to me in California they located a shipper exactly as promised and followed through with me with every step. After the post-sale they have been very helpful following through and helping me with gathering dealer records of past service. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from Platinum Motor Cars Their photographs and description of the vehicle were completely accurate, and they were extremely open and candid with all of their information about the car.
