We have had great service in the service department and

We have had great service in the service department and in the sales department. Service is always able to get our vehicles in within a reasonable timeframe based on the concern or maintenance needed, they are always straightforward and honest. The sales department has treated us well in the purchase of 5 vehicles over the past 5 years. We have purchased both new and used vehicles from Kia, had one lease and financed the others easily. No pressure process and we appreciate that. Overall great experiences!

I saw an EV9 on their website and inquired about

I saw an EV9 on their website and inquired about availability and requested a lone item quote for purchase via email. The dealership texted the next day and I outlined what I wanted to see by line item, essentially the price of the vehicle, dealer price reduction, specific rebates, fees and tax. They never followed up until a few days later with another text stating a new guy was taking care of me now but the name and number were the same. Still didn't provide a quote. Texted me back a week later and still wouldn't provide the info. Anyway, just avoid trying to buy a car here if youre not in the area. They won't divulge any information, they ghost you, and I don't need the dealer runaround.

Took my kia Optima in for service and everyone was very friendly and courteous. My final bill was a bit lower than the estimate and that's always a good thing. And finally, "I want to see ya in a Ken Ganley Kia!"
