Outstanding - exemplary

We were looking for a Mazda CX-5 and found several outstanding options., After considering options for each possibility, Baz Mohammad and Mustafa Sadeqi were very helpful and highly professional in assisting us in an informed manner without high pressure. We we were very pleased with the experience, purchased a vehicle with only 6K miles and are very satisfied with the experience at Brown's.

Great service

I pirchased my SUV from Browns Mazda 3 years ago. I could not have purchased from a more professional and friending dealership. My service adviser Janette is extremely friendly and courteous (as well as all their staff I encountered recently). I am considering a new car and was thinking about trying a different brand elsewhere but I keep thinking about my experience at Browns. So, I might just stick with them!

Scam artists!

Never go to this dealership! They will scam you! I was interested in trading in my car towards the purchase of a new or used car. The manager took over 45 minutes to try and tell me my trade and then when I was ready to leave he asked if I even liked the car I test drove and I said not really but I'm open to others. His response was then why are we even talking. I then quickly left the dealership only to realize that he stole my registration out of my glove box!

Great Price, Great Service, Great Experience

Bought a used car (Subaru Outback XT) I'd been shopping for nation wide for 3 months...the listed the car for $2,000 below bluebook when most are asking $2,000 above! The car was as good as presented, or better. They took the time to really clean the car up and make sure it was ready to drive. Would most definitely buy from them again...

Fast, Friendly and Efficient!

The front associate were warm and inviting, especially the young lady in the front(Jennifer, I think). She constantly checked up on me to give me an update on my car and discuss any questions I had! There was a tall gentleman with short hair and who seemed to be a supervisor), who was very friendly and made me feel like I had been going there for years. All around a fun and lively staff!!!

Great Car Buying Experience

We recently purchased a Mazda 3 from Brown’s Fairfax Mazda and found buying a car can be a surprisingly pleasant experience. Our sales person, Ron Pattison had extensive knowledge of all Mazda vehicles and other brands in the industry. He wanted to know exactly what we were looking for in a car so he could find the best option for us. He was a delight to work with; we never felt pushed to purchase a vehicle. Ron clearly cares about long-term customer satisfaction and not just a quick sale. The whole experience at Brown’s Fairfax Mazda was easy and pleasant. The finance department and service center were very professional, efficient and personable. We want to thank the great team at Brown’s for making car buying fun again. Couldn't ask for a better experience.

Highly recommended dealership

Our product specialist, Ron Pattison, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He assisted us in reaching a very favorable arrangement to trade in two cars for a CX-5, which we love. The manager and rest of the staff at the dealership were friendly and went out of their way to help us. This is our second time purchasing from this dealership, and we were very satisfied with the overall experience both times.
