I was told my battery failed.
I was told my battery failed. It was gonna cost just shy of $500. So I didn't pay it. I took it to advanced auto because they do free battery testing. My battery tested as very good. It did not need to be replaced. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. Which made me wonder if the $700 I just spent replacing rear brake pads was even necessary at all. I had asked about my brakes bc my car shook when I brake from highway speed. However, they said they fixed it, but my car still shakes when I brake from high speed, and I'm out $700. I will not be back to the dealership.

Work was done quickly.
Work was done quickly. Only wish the parts and labor weren't so expensive. I work for the Fed Gov, which is closed, and would have been nice if Subaru would cut us all a break.

As always the service was great.
As always the service was great. I had about 5 warning lights lit up on my dash. Cristian inspected my car and said it would be about an hour to get an answer. He came back, told me the situation and said he was preparing a loaner car. When I returned to pick up my car, he found a discount which saved me about $80! Thank you Cristian. No other place to car shop than Brown’s!
