I received the best experience in buying a vehicle. The sales person, Eric, went beyond the norms to make sure I would qualify for financing when it seemed impossible, for I had just came out of a bankruptcy. I find it hard to find the proper words to express my genuine appreciation, but let me assure him that I will come back on the future as my family is expanding and will be needing additional vehicles .

Christopher was polite, and I think as helpful as he

Christopher was polite, and I think as helpful as he could be, but I was overall disappointed that my problem was not resolved. I came in with a new car (purchased about a month before at this dealership) that has a headlight problem. The technician I spoke with tried to tell me that it was just a feature of the headlight. Despite explaining to him the problem (I even drew on a piece of paper what it looks like from behind the wheel) and the fact that only one of the headlights appeared that way. He insisted that it was normal, or that whatever machine he was using couldn't detect a problem. I hope I can get this problem fixed somewhere else.
