Lack of attention and unsatisfactory customer service. Forgot to balance tires and wheel lock key left out of the glove. Have to return twice to the dealership on the same day to get things done.

They didn’t let me test drive the car til I pretty much
They didn’t let me test drive the car til I pretty much bought it I feel like that should be done first before getting the approval dealerships are more concerned about approval instead of making sure that vehicle is the car the person wants and no issues

Safford Brown (SB) is a great dealership.
Safford Brown (SB) is a great dealership. They were able to order a BRZ tS when another dealership closer to me was unable to. I service my 'tS' at SB even though there is a closer dealership - SB is worth the extra miles. They have serviced my car several times now and I am extremely satisfied with their services and facilities. I highly recommend Safford Brown to anyone looking for the purchase of a Subaru.

I have always found this dealership to be helpful and help me to understand anything that I might find confusing. During my last visit Christian Guevara was extremely helpful. I arrived at the dealership to drop off my car and could not find my key fob. He helped me search for it and found it!

We are thoroughly enjoying our 2019 Forester.
We are thoroughly enjoying our 2019 Forester. We are especially thankful for Meredith Eden in Service Department. She always extends herself. She is so nice, very knowledgeable, and always explains things to us. She always makes time for us, and has a wonderful personality. We are always happy to see her. The best!!!
