Dealership is ill equipped to manage electronic
Dealership is ill equipped to manage electronic transactions for those purchasing a vehicle remotely. They also exhibit scattered and poor communication amongst staff members, a lack of information sharing regarding extra fees that were incurred during transactions, a lack of information regarding the financing process, and overall a lack of customer service and empathy for active duty military members relocating and purchasing a vehicle from them.

I believe they do a thorough job inspecting your car, but
I believe they do a thorough job inspecting your car, but I also believe they make you believe you need work done, that doesn't really need to be done. I've experienced this twice now with them. It makes me think twice about buying another Subaru even though we really like our current car

The whole process was done online / via text. Super convenient AND Bob at Safford Brown Subaru Manassas was able to beat the competition by about $1000 … nice !

I went for oil leak on 02/042025 and was told both
I went for oil leak on 02/042025 and was told both Gaskets were changed . I went back for oil change on 08/30/2025 and was told the engine is leaking oil and needs to be taken out and repaired . I did not agree and went does a second opinion at another mechanic who showed me that the leak is coming from the left Gasket and that it was never changed on 02/04/2025.you committed fraud by collecting payments for services you did big do and another time by lying about what needed to be done for my vehicle . I will be reporting you to the BBB
