Sold car with warranty , charges for everything doesn’t
Sold car with warranty , charges for everything doesn’t honor warranty. Doesn’t call you back, says there’s no problems when other shop diagnosed it. All around shady rude people hear bad business practices.

Work was completed but took over a week. Service writer tried to up charge bill with adding additional $500 to bill for warranty work. Was dismissing to female customer. Never did address recall

At first the experience was not very pleasant, they could work on better communication. I was very pleased with the work they did. They freaked me out when another issue I wasn’t aware of. The tech apparently knew what it was once he started my truck. Mind you my truck always sounded the way it did from the moment I drove it brand new off the lot. It’s crazy to own a vehicle for 5 years and never know it had an issue until now. Either way it fixed. I really am lucky to have a lifetime warranty on my truck. I will continue to use this dealer. Thank you guys for taking care of my truck.
