Oil and tire rotation was supposed to take an hour. Was 2 and a half hours. When we finally got vehicle there was grease on the door handle and speedometer was set for kilometer’s instead of mph.

Parker (customer service representative) has always been polite. My truck's bumber was damaged during service. Parker assured me that Dodge would correct the issue. It has been 2 weeks since the damage occurred and any contact regarding this issue has never been initiated by dodge and still there is no resolution. Furthermore I had an appointment for the morning of Sept 6th for an oil change and for transmission fluid and filter change. This took 2 full days to complete ( I was not able to pick up my vehicle until 3:00 PM on Sept. 7th. On another note keep in mind when reading reviews that the service department rewards 5 star reviews with a free oil change.

Parker went above and beyond to help me out and he's the
Parker went above and beyond to help me out and he's the reason JTCD will still be my first call for my Jeeps service going forward even though I waited in the waiting room for 2 hours before I was informed that they didn't have the right part to fix my window regulator. Since they already had the door panel off I was going to have to leave my Jeep for the rest of the day or until they could locate the part and complete the repair. In any event Parker put me in a loaner car and bent over backwards to help me out. He's the guy you need in that position and the reason I'll go back to JTCD.

Parker is a thoughtful and superb ambassador for the
Parker is a thoughtful and superb ambassador for the service operation there, but it is unforgivable that the death wobble problem that I was promised was cured when I bought this Jeep is as bad and dangerous as ever. Because I was lied to about that issue when I bought this Jeep, this will be my last Jeep. I’ve had at least a dozen since the ‘70’s. This is the last, but its defect should not be held against Parker, the service writer and solver here.
