I already had a bad experience with the service
I already had a bad experience with the service department and tried to give them another opportunity to redeem them self. My Jeep Gladiators rear locker waring light is flashing on my cluster. I called and they gave me an appointment for a week later on a Monday, because the technician would be available for that. I arrived on Monday at 8:00am and was told they would keep it until the next day. I received no call on Tuesday. I received a call on Wednesday morning apologizing that they hadn't looked a my Jeep yet but guaranteed that it would be looked at and finished by the end of the day. Never received a call letting me know it was fixed or anything. I walked 1 hr to the dealership in about 100 degree heat determined to pick up the Jeep fixed or not. When I arrived drenched in sweat and overheating I asked how my Jeep Gladiator was doing. He asked for my info and looked it up. He let me know that they are fixing it right now and should be finished by the end of the day. I didn't believe him since I already heard that more than once. I looked in the shop and my Jeep wasn't in there being fixed. I told the guy to bring my Jeep up and I'll go to another dealer. They had my Jeep pulled up pretty quick which is kind of strange since they were in the middle of fixing it supposedly. He told me sorry once again and let me know that my Jeep just sat there for 4 days because they were a small dealership and understaffed. The problem is being lied to. How long would my Jeep sit there before someone looks at it. Then how long to fix it. I would just fix it myself if it wasn't for the warranty. Just needs a new sensor.
