Parker was awesome!

Parker was awesome! Great service! My car was done on time and they also offered a shuttle service.

The professionalism was poor.

The professionalism was poor. I was told I would get phone calls with updates, but I received none. I had to call multiple times throughout the week in order to get any info about the status of my truck. None of the pickup times were accurate. I drove back and forth to the dealership at times they told me it would be ready, only to find out that I wasted gas. I was even given a pickup time on a day that the office was closed. They gave me $160 off of my total bill which was nothing compared to the time and money wasted. The job was supposed to take 1-2 days and it ended up taking 7. I will never use this dealership for maintenance or even purchase a car from there ever again. Anyone that considers it, I will negatively recommend this place.

I was treated poorly by Nate the serivce manager

I was treated poorly by Nate the serivce manager regrading an on going unresolved service issues. I have been very patient and once I stated my frustrations regrading a lack of communication, I was talked over, threaten, and Accused of threatening due to stating I will return my brand new car back if it's unresolved. I called to find out an update on the part and was told that they are still waiting for it. 20 minutes later they called husband and gave him a different story. I called back regrading the lack of information that was not provided to me and was Attacked with accusations and threats by the service manager Nate. I will not bring my business here and Strongly advice anyone else to take their money elsewhere.

Amazing experience.

Amazing experience. Everyone from the Sales Department to the GM Dustin I was treated with respect and transparency. I was shopping online and asked about 'mark up's' and 'add on's' and they explained that the particular vehicle I was looking for had no dealer mark up but did have two add on's but I could not complain since the price was still $4,000 less than what I have been seeing. This is how dealerships should be run.

I was shopping for a Jeep Gladiator and saw one on the

I was shopping for a Jeep Gladiator and saw one on the internet. It was decently priced so I called the dealership and spoke with a salesman and set up an appointment. After 5 days of trying to schedule a day and time, I drove to the dealership on 10-8-2023. Upon my arrival I was informed by the salesman the price had been increased by 4k. I was contacted by a so called sales manager who told me he was working a deal with another buyer at the higher price. While I was waiting for the so called sales manager to see me, I used the restroom, which is by the service desk. I overheard another costumer complaining loudly about his horrible experience in the service department. Listening to that a change should have been a warning sign and left the dealership but I waited to speak with sales manager. The sales manager told me he was working a deal with another buyer at the higher price, but he would work with me if I wanted to agree to the higher price. I did not agree to his offer and left the dealership. Due to my experience, I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anybody for anything and don't waste time driving to this place. I would give zero negative stars but it's not an option.
