My partner and I came in not entirely sure what we were looking for, and Mohammed and Gordon made the whole process genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Gordon was incredibly knowledgeable and patient — he never once made us feel rushed or pressured. He listened to what we actually needed (and what our budget realistically was) and pointed us toward options that made sense for us, not just the priciest thing on the lot. Mohamed stepped in to help us work through the numbers, and he was equally straightforward and transparent. He clearly explained everything, answered all our questions, and found a way to make it work for us. No hidden surprises, no last-minute add-ons we didn’t ask for — just honest, no-nonsense service. We drove away happy, confident in our purchase, and genuinely impressed by how the whole team operates. If you’re in the market for a used car, do yourself a favor and ask for Mohammed and Gordon. Located a 2022 VW Jetta on their website 34k miles (better than anywhere US) - clean title. Alot of back forth, and paid $1200 to ship across US. Delivery company thought was COD and I had to "convince" them they'll get their money or they weren't dropping it. Handled that matter. Upon drop, 2 tires had metal bead showing and had to immediately buy new ones, couldn't open hood (had to get pull lever) and the Spare Tire was unusable. Happy with vehicle, but team there could sharpen their sales and ensure vehicles are spot on. MO is a character.

I contacted the dealer to get a price on an advertised vehicle. Instead, all I got was a sales pitch to come in for a test drive. I explained I was from out of state. He told me he would have check to see what the internet price was, came back at 3600. I went to the dealers web site and found it advertised for 2600. I have bought 4 vehicles out of state, online. This was a rip off operation. In the future I will just ignore ads without prices.

I had requested for carfax or auto report and no communication back from them regarding that.

These guys are scam artists and lie about the actual condition of the vehicles. If you care about someone I wouldn't recommend this dealership to them.
