My husband and I came to view and test drive a new Buick and we’re very impressed with Marcus Ross and his patience. He answered all questions with confidence. As I was the one looking to buy, he directed all questions to me and not my husband and that goes a long way with me. The only downside for me was that as soon as we drove in to the lot, we were followed as we drove around. I do understand that it’s a very competitive business, but maybe, for future reference, a wave to let potential buyers that they’ve been seen and then let them come to you. Aside from that, I have nothing negative to say. I love my new car and will recommend people to Mullinax and Marcus! Thank you so much.
