When i came to buy used Lexus NX300, the dealer lied at me and said it'd already sold and tried to convince me to buy another car, when i Brought another car which I discovered after a while it has a lot of engine issues, after some days, I found the original car that I wanna buy (Lexus NX300) still no one brought it and they use it as a trap to bring customers to let them buy bad cars.

When i came to buy used Lexus NX300, the dealer lied at me and said it'd already sold and tried to convince me to buy another car, when i Brought another car which I discovered after a while it has a lot of engine issues, after some days, I found the original car that I wanna buy (Lexus NX300) still no one brought it and they use it as a trap to bring customers to let them buy bad cars.

the dealers are not honest, when you go to buy a car specially used, they manipulate you to sell another cars although you came for specific car, in my case when showed up, the agent told me the car u are looking for is already sold, after i brought another car, I found the original car not sold, they put it as a trap to bring customers to manipulate them.

Correspondence with the dealership was informative and professional. They responded in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. I am still weighing my options but Serra is definitely on my list.

Ron Dodd gave us Exceptional Service—Fast, Honest, and Stress-Free. I’ve had good customer service before, but never like this. Ron Dodd and the Lexus team went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. My wife had only 30 minutes to complete a trade-in and financing for a new vehicle before traveling, and they made it happen—efficiently and professionally. Even when I made a mistake on the mileage, the team handled it with flexibility, ensuring the process remained stress-free. Their dedication and honesty made this the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Both John Krzanowski and Ron Dodd were professional, responsive, and respectful. They answered all questions and had a zero pressure sales approach. Over the years I have bought 5 different new cars from different dealerships. Serra Lexus provided the best service/approach by far. They also provided a very fair offer on my trade in.

Service center tried to charge us $800 for a Lexus battery for 11 year old es. When we balked they found another for $375. We went to a regular mechanic and paid $175. They handled a complicated brake problem fairly well $$$ a year ago. Did something change?
