There were other(s) I don't know the names, that made mistakes but they were understandable and fixable, but the service manager's handling of the issue at the end of the day is why I will not be returning to Frank Leta.

The service department staff, the people that I dealt directly with were very, very confident. The waiting area was well-maintained. It was just a little different experience from some of them that I have dealt with before, and I won’t mention their names, but I was very pleased with what I seen heard, and the service that I received
