I purchased a new GMC Sierra from the sales department to the service department, every time I have been to the dealership there team has taken care of everything!! From answering any and all of my questions to making sure I had a loaner car! I will purchase from Frank Leta again!

Very quick and painless.

Very quick and painless. I knew what I wanted we test drove it and I was out the door with my new vehicle in no time. If you are looking I highly recommend Andrew Clark at Frank Leta!

It was a pleasant experience.

It was a pleasant experience. However, I wish the vehicle was cleaner when received. I still found trash in the back. When spending so much on a vehicle I expected a better “detail.” Everything else during the process was fine.

Long wait time with no clear communication while car was

Long wait time with no clear communication while car was being worked on. I had to ask what the status of my car was after waiting 2 hours and then told i looked tired when i was mad about my wait time by employee.

I have been looking for a white Nissian Rogue for about 3

I have been looking for a white Nissian Rogue for about 3 months. Over that period of time I spoke with many sales folks. Frank Leta had one that was a little more than what I wanted to pay., but I stopped in to take a look at. Dani was my sales person that spoke with me. Over the next few days Dani searched for Rogues that fell into the parameters that I had set. She was extremely easy to work with and very personable. She never gave me the sales line like “I have another person looking at it, or this is a popular car.” Due to the effort she put into finding me a car I decided to buy the first one that was a little higher than what I had planned for my budget. We went to test drive it and came back and made an offer. With very little back and forth the deal was done. I have purchased several cars in my nearly 50 years on this planet and Dani is by FAR the best sales person I have ever worked with. Especially since I am not the easiest to work with. I very highly recommend Frank Leta Chevy and Dami for next purchase.
