Hovo was friendly and all was fine until the manager came out. Manager’s attitude was very “i don’t care if i make this sale or not” and he came across as condescending. I believe it’s because we were two women looking at a pickup truck. “No haggling on the price” until the manager realizes he’s already lost the sale THEN maybe he’ll put new tires on the vehicle. He bragged about how fast his cars move instead of selling the one we wanted. Overall very poor experience.
