Great communication and easy to work with. Due to out of state financing my purchase was delayed a week (my credit union not CarMax). CarMax gave me several options and held the vehicle an extended amount of time because they saw I was serious in my intent to buy. This is the tenth car I have bought in my life and you wont find a faster easier experience than CarMax. No tricks, no arguing, no pressure, very transparent. They explain everything and give you options that are entirely up to you without strongarm tactics. Save yourself the headaches and buy a car they way you buy a tv.

I was happy to look at the cars at my own pace,without someone hovering over me. If I had questions, they answered them,if I wanted to be left alone,they respected it.

The whole staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had to wait a short while for our team member to become available. The manager checked on us and let us know the statues of when she would be available and if we needed anything. Once Eileen Delgado was available, she was very helpful and knowledgeable with all aspects of purchasing our Jeep. The sales area was clean and neat. Our Jeep was in excellent condition when received in the delivery area!

Raul at the Shorewood CarMax made my stress of buying a car disappear! He was very knowledgeable and had a lot of patience with me! I did not feel rushed and he walked me through every step and made me feel extra excited about the purchase. He answered all of my questions and concerns.
