I had a very bad experience with CarZone in Conyers. Before I bought the cartoyoyta Rav 4, they clearly promised to fix the trunk, A/C, and rear brake light. Based on that agreement, I paid and took the car. After the purchase, they kept telling me “come today, come tomorrow” and never fixed anything. Now the General Manager is asking me to pay $700 to fix the trunk, which was part of the original agreement before I bought the car. This is misleading and unfair business practice. Be very careful dealing with this dealership. I am currently filing complaints with the Georgia Attorney General and other authorities. Buyers should make sure everything is fixed BEFORE paying, because promises here are not honored. the most painful part is i was told by them at the workshop was told by one of the mamager ( a very nice gentale who really wants to help conformed that he ask me to go to toyoya to go to Toyota and do a diognosti since they being on the issue and they will be paid. but the general manager refused even Formal Complaint & Public Review – CarZone (Conyers, GA) I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with CarZone in Conyers. Prior to purchasing my vehicle, the dealership explicitly agreed—as part of the pre-sale terms—to repair the trunk, A/C, and rear brake light. Relying on these commitments, I proceeded with the purchase and took possession of the car in good faith. However, for nearly eleven (11) months after the sale, I have been repeatedly given excuses such as “the wrong part was ordered” or “the mechanic is unavailable.” Despite making over 14 verified visits to the dealership, only one of the agreed repairs have been completed. Communication has been extremely poor. Phone lines are frequently unreachable, forcing me to repeatedly drive to the dealership in person, resulting in significant inconvenience and wasted time. Most concerning, a new workshop General Manager has now informed me that I must pay $700 to repair the trunk, despite this being part of the original agreement prior to purchase. I was also directed to obtain a diagnostic from Toyota at a cost of $233, which I was initially told would be covered, but is now being shifted to me. This conduct reflects misleading and unfair business practices, and a clear failure to honor pre-sale commitments made to induce the purchase. I strongly advise potential buyers to ensure that all promised repairs are fully completed in writing and verified before payment, as verbal assurances from this dealership have proven unreliable. Escalation Notice I am currently preparing and/or filing formal complaints with the following authorities: Georgia Attorney General – Consumer Protection Division Federal Trade Commission Better Business Bureau Georgia Department of Law Rockdale County Magistrate Court Final Request for Resolution I am formally requesting that a senior manager or owner of CarZone review this matter and provide a full resolution immediately, including completion of all agreed repairs at no cost to me.

Very shady used cars dealership. Took months to get my tag. Over a year for them to fix the things they were supposed to when I bought the car. Ran my credit through a dozen places without permission. Lake of correct paperwork. Mileage incorrect. Nice people bad company

My salesman was so professional and honest .he let me know what he can do for to get a car for my daughter. I like his honesty and did just what he say what they could . his name was Travonte Moore. overall the staff was great and professional. we was not there several hours like it usually take . the manager and the finance person was also great . I would recommend them . they were professional and they didn’t give you false promises that they couldn’t keep. That was a plus for me. I would give them a 5 star .and I would like to say I thank them for the great job and experience with them.

On 7/29/2024 is when the nightmare bagan. Me and my brother happened upon Carzone of Conyers Ga unexpectedly, we were actually on route to meet a gentleman to purchase a cash car / truck in this case, this route caused us to encounter Carzone of Conyers Ga, we decided to stop and take a look at their inventory of pickup trucks which led a purchase of a 2017 Chevrolet Silverado 1500, the truck was immaculate in appearance so Victoria met us as we pulled into the lot, I explained to her that my brother was on a fixed income and looking to purchase a cash car, she assured us that she could help us....so my brother selected the 2017 Chevrolet Silverado, we proceeded inside and I immediately got this sinking feeling due to the rickety outdated appearance of the establishment, so we then discovered my brother needed a co signer as his income and credit didn't meet the approval guidelines per the bank I was asked would I be willing to sign on with my brother, I was hesitant initially but agreed in order to get the deal done...the cash car options for his credit situation is deemed for the desperate consumer. Honeymoon phase begins.....fast forward to taking the truck home...said truck begins on day 3 jerking violently upon acceleration so I contacted Carzone of Conyers Ga immediately and was directed to bring the truck in for repair, come to find out the truck needed a transmission, ok so I'm highly pissed at this point in addition to going back and forth with Victoria.. Jonathan and their terrible service dept for days on end was exhausting needless to say all while being treated like we did something wrong to cause the issues. Then they tried giving me a lemon loaner car that had missing parts on it and body damage, I couldn't believe the mistreatment we endured. They kept the truck well over a 1 month time frame siting that they were waiting for the transmission to come in. Fast forward 3 months later said truck is now making a knocking sound while idling..I immediately call Carzone and was told to bring it in so I could trade out for something else..so I get there and was told they would have to appraise the truck to determine the value...once that was done we were told the engine is going out ( WHAT!!!!!! I replied how when I've only had the truth 6 months and one of those months it was at your lot.I began to feel the onset of anger and frustration, then was told use your warranty to get it fixed in order for them to buy it back...the manager Jonathan said with the current condition of the truck I can offer you around 3000 dollars..I'm completely annoyed aggravated and hurt by the shady practices of Carzone of Conyers Ga..I wouldn't recommend this place to a dead rat ...I don't see how these snake oil salesmen and women sleep at night knowingly and willingly selling defective vehicles to hard working honest people. It's my prayer that I never encounter people like ever again

Mai was on time, and she really got me the car I wanted. Victoria was excellent with paperwork, and my insurance documents, quick and easy. Even got details done to my vehicle, and anything else that I needed. Would likely recommend.👍

They used every dirty trick in the book on me. I have a good job but I've had a repo, like 7years ago so I know my credit isn't great and that's the first thing I told the first salesman I talked to, and I told him I had 1500 to put down and I told him what I make every week and he said oh we can work with that for sure, we got lots of options with financing. Then they showed me a truck that I liked and the games began. Soon they were acting like they were doing me a damned favor every talking to someone who makes as little money and is as pathetic as me, and they said the bank was gonna charge them an unexpected fee over seven thousand dollars and that I needed more down but that they could get my taxes done and put another 2500 on the down payment, so I waited a couple hours for them to hear back from the tax lady, then Jacob the guy who took over from the first guy after the first guy got the details came out of the room where they had been with the door closed and said"is I was you I'd be blowing that lady's phone up" and I looked at him confused and he said" I mean the tax lady, I'm just trying to get you out of here, so I called her, no answer a few minutes later I finally got her and she said"oh I already told him that it's gonna be a couple hours". So I said well they could've told me. And I told her I was going home, and I left. Well this morning she called and I called them and the first guy I talked to you on the phone with me and said he'd try again so he called the bank and called me back to say they had approved me, then I said I needed to call a couple insurance agents and then I'd be on the way to the dealership to finalize. I realized I hadn't gotten my monthly payments yet but I figured they would be over 6 hundred a month and I could deal with that. So I get my relatives to bring me up there and I got the insurance agent waiting and he told me to come in and close the door and he had that take worried look they get when they think they taste blood and said the only way the bank would do it is is I agreed to pay 8 something a month. I left on a streak of profanities. The salesman was named Jaco lolb, the finance guy who helped him jerk me around is named andy, I don't recommend going to these people to buy any damned thing.
