Ben and Tracey Made My Day

The two individuals in the title made me a very happy person. I purchased a car online from Suburban and I had it shipped from California to Delaware. The shipment was flawless and the car arrived in 6 days. I was extremely pleased as the cost to do so was very reasonable. Now I have a car and no car title or registration. After waiting several weeks to hear about my title from the Sales Manager, I gave up. Ben had taken pictures of the car I purchased earlier so I thought I would contact him for help. Ben was very helpful in that he provided the name of Tracy in Finance who might be able to help me. Sure enough Tracey not only helped but she explained to me how DMV of California operates. Within 7 days I received the California registration for my car and the title went to bank who was the lien holder. I would like to thank both Ben Bergman and Tracey Olson for their special effort on my behalf to make my experience a great one instead of a very bad experience. Oh yes the car I purchased was a Jaguar F-TYPE. Thank you both for your efforts. Gary Reddick

Fred Lockett

This review is late but I just wanted to thank Fred for taking such excellent care of me on 3/11/16. I had a tire blow-out on the freeway that morning on my way to work. I had my car towed directly to the dealership and Fred was able to get me in right away and was able to secure a loaner car for me, even though it was a busy Friday morning there at the dealership. I was pretty shaken up from the experience of having a blow-out on the side of the busy 405 freeway during morning rush hour traffic; Fred gave me a hug to calm my nerves and sent me on my way to work. I was only an hour late for work that morning and I was able to pick my vehicle later that afternoon. I credit Fred for being so efficient, caring and minimizing my downtime. The other service personnel, as well as the cashier staff, that I have dealt with over the past 5 years have also been very helpful.

Service center

I had a very pleasant and wonderful experience while visiting your service center. I was helped by Jim Advisor number 70120. I was in and out in no time. They did an amazing job resolve the electrical problems I was having with my vehicle. I will definitely come and recommend Jim to my friends and family. Thank you

Great Customer Service

Fred was his usual helpful self. Explained that needed to order recall parts and called me when they were in. Checked to verify when my next regular service was due and arranged for the oil change as well as a ride home so that I did not have to wait. He and the team were very affable and quite helpful in greeting me and seeing to my needs. This type of response to our needs is what has kept us coming back. Yea team to Fred and the guys! Thanks.

Excellent Customer Service

First time visit for me to this service dept. and found the Service Mgr.Jim to be very efficient and helpful. He was courteous and efficient.The waiting Room was very pleasant and had places to do work or just to relax.

great experience!

I had a problem with Allen Cadillac and Jim Maloney and Pena Cruz helped me get my car fixed. You have a professional staff and they kept me updated with the progress of my car. They went out of their way to fix my car that Allen Cadillac could not or would not fix. Allen Cadillac had my car for about a month to try to find a water leak and fix the roof they dented! Allen's Cadillac just put a new headliner in and said if it leaks again to bring the car back! Your staff did a water leak test and found the leak within a few days and i had my car back within a week! I would just like to thank you and your staff for helping with my car!! From now on I will take my car to you dealer for all services!

excellent, fast, professional service for oil change

I was very happy with the service I had on my Cadillac (oil change and tire rotation) It was quick and professional. This is my second time here and each time my Servise Adivsor was Mr Lockett who is very helpful and always take good care of me. My car was ready in less than one hour. It was all nice and clean. The new facility looks great.

Oil Change/Car Wash/Recall Update

My Service Advisor, Fred Lockett was helpful, hospitable and professional. The new facility is truly 1st Class. I was in and out as promised, had time to relax with a latte from the state of the art dispenser...a most relaxing environment and experience!
