To be clear they are middle men. They supposedly have relationships with brokers at the auctions but that is debatable. Their game is basically get your money, they won't acquire the car, and then wait you out. They will keep a cancellation fee when you finally have enough. They are middle men who make money off the cancellation fees knowing they have a 1% chance of getting the car even if its on their "buy now" listings. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR MONEY.

Transparent and professional. Descriptions are accurate, fees are clearly explained, and communication is excellent. Elite is definitely a solid choice.

Never do business with these people. They are not good people to work with and will scam you out of your money. I had to get an attorney before getting some of my money back, even though I proved how wrong they was

I bought a car on 11/24/25 for $17,000.00, and today is 1/19/26. I have not received the car, and the agent is ignoring my requests for a refund and for the car. The agent kept saying "10 more days" and would never specify whether it was business or calendar days. When we got to two weeks, he would say it's almost ready and that he needed two more weeks or less, because I was already invested, so I kept waiting. I ended up paying for a rental car for two months and wasted a lot of time. I would not do business with this company. Now I have to get my attorney involved just to get my money back.

Bought a car from Elite Auto Auctions and honestly, it was super easy. The site was simple, and the car I got from Florida was exactly as described—perfect condition.
