I bought a car on 11/24/25 for $17,000.00, and today is 1/19/26. I have not received the car, and the agent is ignoring my requests for a refund and for the car. The agent kept saying "10 more days" and would never specify whether it was business or calendar days. When we got to two weeks, he would say it's almost ready and that he needed two more weeks or less, because I was already invested, so I kept waiting. I ended up paying for a rental car for two months and wasted a lot of time. I would not do business with this company. Now I have to get my attorney involved just to get my money back.

Awesome experience with Elite Auto Auctions. I can really say that Jeffrey is a very skilled manager. He knows what to say each time and got me convinced to sign the invoice, purchase the vehicle I initially placed a bid on, a Chevrolet Colorado Z71. So yesterday afternoon it was delivered to me through a transporter they trust, I paid $150 for the delivery. Awesome company. Happy thanksgiving!

Nothing but great experience! I bought a salvage 2018 Honda Civic SI last October 23, 2025 and I never thought that this experience would be so great! At first, I was hesitant since this is my first time buying a salvage car online. Seeing the car posted with a very cheap price, I thought I should give it try but did not expect anything better since it's a salvage vehicle selling for less than half off of it's retail. I spoke with Peter and he told me that it only has hail storm damage. I said to myself maybe there are hidden damages or a missing catalytic converter since it's common with online dealership but I was proved wrong. I got the vehicle 7 days later since and it literally only has dents all over it. Engine is good and transmission is smooth. Body can be fixed in just a couple of thousand. Never been this satisfied for a purchase ever! Just pay and wait, that's how easy the transaction has been. Only low points was the title and re-assignment took weeks to deliver but still definitely worth it! Maybe I can try buy and sell soon. lol

I purchased another BWW X5 for 50k sent them the money for an auction purchase next day. I was told the car had title issue they were waiting on paperwork. Held money hostage for 4 months after refund request. The forced me to purchase other cars to get my funds back.Also paperwork very fraudulent multiple dealer name that doesn't match bill of sale. They should be federaly investigated.
