I did not have a great experience at this dealership and was actually quite disappointed. In fact, had I been car shopping for myself, I would not have purchased a vehicle from this dealership. I only made the purchase because the vehicle was for my teenage daughter who really loved the car. I bought it solely based on my desire to make her happy. Our greeting by Mark, was not warm and and friendly. It was certainly atypical in comparison to multiple other interactions I have had with so many other car salesmen throughout my life. He was very cold, short and didn’t even introduce himself by name. I actually had to ask him his name after about a five minute conversation. From my past experiences in car buying, nearly every employee in the building at least tries to appear welcoming, by smiling or saying hello. No one did that, with the exception of the gentleman who helped us in the Finance Dept. I cannot recall his name, unfortunately , but I do appreciate the kindness he showed us. As for, the many other men I saw in the building, many of whom we came in rather close proximity with, there was no acknowledgement or even a friendly smile given. It truly felt as if we were not being taken serious or that Mark and the others were under the assumption that we could not afford the vehicle and would be wasting his time. Obviously, I don’t know what he was thinking, but he certainly came across that way, by his demeanor and somewhat rudeness. Needless to say, I have no future plans to buy another car at this dealership, nor will I recommend them to my friends, family, neighbors or anyone else. In my profession, I too provide customer service on a daily basis and I do my utmost to treat everyone with kindness and respect. I would never want my clients to leave feeling the way I felt after leaving the dealership that day!

Dear PM, We apologize that you were not pleased with the purchase experience although happy to hear your daughter is excited about her new vehicle. We do maintain a strict face mask wearing policy as well as follow all other CDC, Covid 19 guidelines – unfortunately, we do find it very difficult as you write to have the staff provide a “friendly smile” when wearing a face mask which certainly could make it appear that the staff is not friendly. As a nurse, you may be very well able to provide different facial expressions to express a smile / friendliness although most of us are still getting used to interacting in a sales environment while wearing a face mask. Thank you for response. You are correct in that wearing masks makes it difficult to see if someone is smiling, however a person’s tone, overall demeanor and even a proper introduction are all very important factors upon initial presentation. I am assuming these things have been taught in sales training long before the pandemic started. Nearly the entire world has had to adjust to wearing masks over these past 8 months. I’m sorry, that in my opinion, is a poor excuse for bad customer service. The fact that you as a Sales Manager are excusing the behavior of your sales staff tells me that this clearly starts from the top down. Based on your response, I don’t believe that further conversation with you will yield a different result.

We had just begun looking for something with an extremely high safety rating (that still looked good) motivated by our grandsons whom we sometimes transport. After finding a lot of information on the safety of Kia vehicles, we were pretty much "window" shopping on a very cold Saturday afternoon when we were warmly greeted by Peyton Seay...He was wearing a mask and stayed at a comfortable distance while asking me a few questions about what we were hoping to find. Long story short, we completed the transaction the next evening having done most of the legwork through text and email. We had not intended to buy so quickly but Peyton's low pressure, very informative nature made it easy to move forward. He had all of the numbers and scenarios handy when I asked while also giving me the options of what it would entail to wait a few days (October was ending and November beginning thereby changing the incentives). After the deal, Peyton answered all of my questions, set up my bluetooth, filled the gas tank and gave us his personal number for any further questions or concerns. I love my Sportage! I have zero regrets and would definitely purchase from this dealership and from Peyton again.

Peyton and Dominick Siclari, Sales Mgr, went the extra mile in finding an exact replacement car for my daughter's car that was T-Boned by an unlicensed driver. Bought a car from Dallah while back, brought my sister and bought her a 2013 sorento sx. Always looks out for us. Recommends best options. We bought a warranty and maintenance. He hooked it up!!! Go see Dallah he has years of Kia experience. I’ve been buying from him since 2014. He’s honestly the only guy in Columbus that I feel like he truly care about customers and makes sure he puts them in a great situation. Whenever I need anything he always helps me. From the time we first came to USA from Syria he has always helped me and my family with cars, and life advice.
