Just bought a new Sorento that had some vibration issues. Daniel Harris and his service department took care of it as soon as I alerted him to the issue. Crown Kia service team are on top of their game.

Dallah was very helpful as a salesman. He went out of his way to make sure that I had what I was looking for and came in early on a Saturday morning to meet us and set up the test drive that we had asked for. I would recommend working with him.

I recently had my Kia in for service and worked with service manager Alex Greenland, and he made this experience truly easy and painless. I had a minor concern and scheduled oil change the day of my appointment. They were able to fix my concern the same day and finish everything rather quickly which I appreciate with my busy work schedule.

My first time using Crown’s service department was excellent, and even though they aren’t the closest Kia service center to me, I’ll be coming back for all my maintenance and service needs. Thanks to Daniel Harris my service advisor, who was professional and friendly, and Brad the technician who came for a ride with me to track down my wind noise. He took the time to discuss some options with me, then he started removing parts until he found the culprit. They ordered some new parts, problem is fixed, and they earned my trust. I’ll add that the cost of an oil change here was no more than it would be at any privately owned shop I’ve ever used, which really surprised me. Dealerships have a reputation for fleecing you for maintenance like oil changes, but I couldn’t get a full synthetic oil change anywhere else cheaper, plus I know it’s oem filter, so I’ll be back for scheduled maintenance.

Overall a great experience at Crown Kia. Recently came in for an oil change and minor issue which was addressed immediately and correctly in one visit.
