I took my SUV in to get it serviced. I was greeted with a smile by Daniel Harris. He explained everything very clearly. He kept me posted on how much longer I had to wait, and brought to my attention things that I need to get done. The wait was not long at all. The atmosphere there is great.

I was greeted at Crown CS with friendly faces and quick to serve. Payton Seay has continued to search for a car that will meet my needs within my budget. Even though we couldn’t come to a deal that I could afford Payton continues to keep in contact with me working to find that car I’ll be happy with.

My first experience with Crown Kia of Dublin involved shopping for and purchasing 2 new 2018 model Kias--one (an Optima for my wife) in October 2017 and one (a Sportage for me) in February of 2018. The purchase experience for both was very pleasant and satisfactory. We got the exact color and equipment/accessory packages that we wanted without any delay or haggling. Getting the Sportage equipped as desired required "importing" the vehicle from a dealer located in the same state but at some distance--this was done quickly and efficiently. The pricing was competitive and acceptable and the paperwork process was acceptably minimal and quick. At the time of purchase we were introduced to the Service Department Managers, and they have taken great care of our vehicles and us for routine maintenance (NO Repairs have been required!) ever since. [It should be noted that being taken care of by the Service Manager himself is a pleasant surprise compared to other dealers I have worked with.] I usually wait for the service events to be performed and have enjoyed the prompt and friendly first name greeting I have received for each of the efficient and competent service events, the comfortable and amenable waiting area, and personal escort to a freshly washed car when the service event is over. I find the dealer's "quality control" follow-up procedures for each service event to be a positive action albeit a bit time consuming. Many dealers tell you that they want to "earn your business"--Crown Kia of Dublin DOES earn your business!

Came in knowing we wanted to purchase a Telluride, so we didn't really need to be "sold" on a car, but Mark Andrijowych made the ordering process simple and quick. We were able to order exactly what we wanted and took ownership in less than a month. Very happy and excited for many miles ahead! Thanks!
