We just purchased a 2021 Telluride from Crown Kia. This is the first vehicle that we ever purchased that didn't have a traditional Ford or Chevy "American-type" brand name. We had seen some of them on the road and wanted to see them up close. We worked with Dallah through the process of test driving and then purchasing the vehicle. He was very patient and thorough even though we were finishing up the paperwork after the dealership had closed. He still took the time to go through all the features and benefits of the vehicle and then followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure we were happy with everything and to make sure everything was working as it should. I appreciate the friendly service provided by both Alex Greenland and Daniel Harris from the Service department. They properly diagnosed my car's issue and fixed the issue.

Alex and his team did an amazing job with my Kia, I took it in for a noise I had been dealing with for a couple months and they told me what they expected was wrong with it, so they ordered parts and got me in quick to fix it. Once I got my car back over the weekend it started to make a noise again and added a different issue due to them receiving a bad part (not their fault), when I called Alex I felt like he made me a priority and got my car in right away to look into the issue deeper. He kept me informed the whole time and assured me that the second time my car would not leave their hands without it being noise free. They were willing to work with my schedule and helped make sure my car was ready before it went on a long car ride. I appreciate them not giving up and helping me fix the noise.
