Service Dpto. Disaster (more 60 days repair)

The service department is a disaster! Mr. Victor was always our contact and there was very bad communication. Our vehicle was stolen and our car insurance (Statefarm) sent directly to Coughlin Kia of Dublin customer service. It took two months (60 days) to deliver the fixed car. They claimed that it was that pieces did not arrive. Which I don't believe! After the car was ready, they again requested more parts that the car allegedly needed and the process began again. Lasted 60 days! Dealing with Kia Customer Service was more traumatic than the theft of the vehicle itself! To top it off, the vehicle was delivered, all ugly inside and with a musty smell! They did not have the delicacy to clean it and pick up what the thieves left and watered after they had it at their dealer for more than 60 days. I am very disappointed in the customer service department. My daughter doesn't even want to use the car like this! frustrated!

In may 22 I bought my telluride it was the best

In may 22 I bought my telluride it was the best experience of car sales I ever had in my life , I have bought many cars in my 65 years of life . Today I went in for service and recalls and the service was fantasti. I would recommend this dealership to everyone great people they go above and beyond. I even over heard a man working with a lady on the phone solving her car problems he was so polite and patient.

False advertising

Their commercials still lie. They advertise trade ins $2,000 above Kelly Blue Book. 4 months after purchasing elsewhere their offer is still $1,000 BELOW KBB not $2,000 above. I’m tired of hearing their misleading commercials.

They lied to me

I was told my interest rate was 5.9 which I thought kind of sucked considering my credit score was over 850 but I signed the paperwork anyway. When I got home I was reading all the paperwork that I signed and realized that my interest rate was actually 7.1. They lied to my face. Shame on me for signing everything but it’s all done so quickly and electronically now I didn’t catch it. The sales person was fine but I will never go back there. I don’t appreciate being lied to.

Damaged My Car

Took my Kia Stinger GT2 AWD in for its first 5,000 mile oil change and tire rotation on 3/30/2022.. on 4/10/2022 when cleaning my brake calipers I noticed damage on the top of my left front Brembo brake caliper, I contacted service manager Jeffery Thibodeau about the issue and all he could do is make excuses and refused to replace my caliper that cost over $1,000. I will be contacting the BBB and filing a lawsuit against Celebration Kia of Dublin for all replacement cost and labor cost.

My plates are still not transferred 37 days later. I have...

My plates are still not transferred 37 days later. I have contacted them on two different occasions. No one has followed up to make sure this has been done, and I already paid for this transfer. If I go to do this on my own now I pay not only the original amount, but a penalty for not completing this in 30 days. Completely unacceptable.
