As a first-time car buyer, I was sold on the Crown Kia of Dublin dealership. I'd been looking for a specific package for the Soul that I didn't have luck finding in other dealerships, and within a minute of arriving at Crown Kia I actually found it. Mike Lehman helped me go over the features of the car I didn't even know was included in the package (which was an added plus), and I even got a test ride out of it which only made it more apparent I wanted to go through the purchase. He, and Johnathan Lyle-Purdy, were super friendly and helpful--and, I must say, if I were to buy another car in the future I'd go back to Crown Kia, for sure. The both of them looked for options that would work best for me and made recommendations that actually made sense since I plan to keep my car for a longer duration of time. Crown Kia is always the best for buying and servicing Kia's. I recently had my Sorento in for service and not only did they address everything I had concerns about they also found a few other items and got them covered under warranty. I was visiting from out-of-town and my car of 10 years finally said it was time to retire. I went to Crown Kia and I am glad I did! I showed up late in the evening and Mark Andrijowych was my Sales Consultant. Mark was fantastic! Very detailed and thorough, friendly-easy to speak with, and a great sense of humor!
