Por medio de este mensaje quiero expresar formalmente mi molestia, inconformidad y preocupación con el manejo de mi caso por parte de su concesionario. El 15 de diciembre adquirí en su dealer una Nissan Rogue 2017, pagando el vehículo en su totalidad y confiando en que como concesionario autorizado ustedes manejarían correctamente todos los procesos relacionados con el título y la documentación del vehículo. Sin embargo, al día de hoy 7 de marzo, casi tres meses después de la compra, aún no tengo el título del vehículo en mis manos. Esta situación es completamente inaceptable y me ha causado graves consecuencias económicas. Durante este tiempo se me ha indicado que supuestamente hubo un problema con el DMV y que el título fue enviado o “votado”, pero hasta la fecha nadie me ha dado una solución concreta, ni una fecha clara para resolver el problema. Tampoco han coordinado venir a recoger el vehículo a mi localidad ni me han dado respuestas sobre la compensación por las pérdidas que esta situación me ha ocasionado. He pasado días enteros llamando al concesionario para poder hablar con el gerente y obtener una solución, pero constantemente se me dice que está ocupado y no recibo respuestas claras. Debo dejar constancia de que yo dependo de mi vehículo para trabajar. Debido a esta situación ya llevo casi 20 días sin poder trabajar normalmente, lo que me ha obligado a incurrir en gastos elevados de alquiler de vehículos, uso de Uber y pérdidas significativas de ingresos. Esta situación ha afectado seriamente mi economía y considero que el concesionario no está dando la importancia que merece a un problema que es su responsabilidad resolver. Quiero dejar claro que he tratado de manejar esta situación de manera respetuosa y por las buenas, esperando que el concesionario actúe con responsabilidad. Sin embargo, ante la falta de soluciones, me veré en la obligación de tomar otras medidas, incluyendo presentar quejas formales ante las autoridades correspondientes y considerar acciones legales para recuperar mis pérdidas. Les solicito una respuesta clara e inmediata, con una solución concreta y fecha definida, para resolver esta situación lo antes posible

Do not purchase a car from this dealership.

Do not purchase a car from this dealership. I purchased an Acura MDX from them when I went there. The touchscreen wasn’t working and now winter rolls around my heat is not working. they are not trustworthy and they smile in your face and they will stab you in the back. I would not advise going there go to a real dealership stay away from these Guys they are scammers.

Wow!

Wow! The 2015 Genesis is really clean. The history shows it was in Florida—no rust, no issues, and a clean Carfax. Great deal for cash. I highly recommend it. They have over 130 cars with all options available, and they even helped me ship it to Ohio for a great price—only $550.

I’m lucky to have found a Ford F-150 Platinum with no rust. It came from Texas, and the price is amazing—well below market value. It also has a clean Carfax, and the seller even provided a creeper so we could check underneath the vehicle.

They are crooks.

They are crooks. They gonna look cool and trustworthy before you pay for the car. Once u pay it's over. I bought a car for 6500 usd. After driving for 20 miles the check engine light was on. Engine failure was imminent. I called them to exchange the car they didn't want to. Be careful when purchasing there. I literally lost 6500 dollars.

DANGEROUS CARS HORRIBLE STAFF STAY AWAY

Bought an Infiniti 2011. Broke down within 30 mins of driving on highway. No customer appreciation bought the car cash. No help no accommodation. Owner, mangers and supervisors all hid refused to speak. Spent $3000 within 2 weeks to try and fix it multiple tows. And the car is a complete lemon
