er.Run do not walk away from this dealership. I've never regretted a purchase more than this one. Every single stage of this purchase was a hassle. Like they've never sold a dam car before. I bought my car here 10 months ago and TODAY I finally got a clear title from DMV. And I only got it because I contacted the lien holder myself. Even after a BBB complaint they refused to help clear the title, despite the fact that in New York, a car dealer is legally obligated to have a clear title for a vehicle before selling it. For at least 2 months after I purchased the car, the plates were still associated with my previous vehicle. I also paid way too much for the car because I fell for the low price it was advertised for. While I was fighting to have their ridiculous fees reduced, I failed to notice that starting price was way higher. So shifty. Don't make the mistake I made. Buy from a legitimate dealer.

BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. THEY ARE DISHONEST AND A SCAM OF A BUSINESS! I purchased a car from them in 2023, and had many many issues with the car - we filed a complaint with the BBB and Town of Yonkers, and found they were not licenses to sell cars in the state of NY!

It’s 2 years too late for a resolution. Your dealership never showed up for the hearing scheduled by the City of Yonkers, Consumer Protection Bureau- Enforcement for violations: Deceptive Trade Practices 32-141 and No Secondhand Motor Vehicle Dealer License 31-184 of the City Code of Yonkers.

People at the dealership refused to even discuss any financial details about the car I was interested in over the phone and instead were demanding for me to visit the dealership to discuss it in person. All I wanted to do was to buy the car at the listed price and have it shipped to GA.

Called the dealership and spoke to a girl. I asked if a ppi can be done and I was told no. She would not let me speak with a salesman to verify. After countless email to get some answers, didn't get any. Saw an email address to bsingh and maybe I can get a response. Nothing. drove 12 hours to see the vehicle to test drive since the price was too good. When arrived, met with Rob. Saw the car and they started it for me. Check the condition. Overall ok. There was a missing panel below.the dash that is getting replace. I was told told that in order.for me to test drive the car, we need to work out the numbers first. I was hesitant om doing this since I've always test drove the car before dealing with numbers. Anyways, I complied and we reached a number that I'm somewhat comfortable but not sold yet. They want me to sign a piece of paper agreeing on the price to test drive the car. I told them, I'm bot signing anytbing unless I drive the car first. After back and forth, I walked out. Came back couple of hours later after cooling off and spoke with another person. And they would not let me drive it. They didn't offer any alternative. Like they could.drive the car and I cpuld.be in the passenger side. I also missed the appointment at the Nissan dealership across the street to do ppi. I also got a quote for my trade in from carmax and this place offered me 5k below what carmax offered me Left without buying the car. I dont even know what's on the piece of paper that they want me to sign to begin with. Be aware of this place Should have listen to all the negative reviews. As of today, noone has called or emailed me of a resolution All in all, I just wanted to get the pre purchase inspection done and see if the car is worth the money

Believe the reviews. The prices they advertise are with a bunch of fake “discounts” that are impossible to get. When you go in to see a vehicle they will remove the discounts (especially if you’re not trading in) and then tack on a bunch of “dealer fees.” They clearly were underwater on the price of the car even when I offered to pay what was listed on their site – just not good business people. I walked out and will never go back.

They listed the car online for 28K but when you call them
They listed the car online for 28K but when you call them it's not a final price so you have to go see them to buy a car. They are crooks and shady people because once you go in there you are gonna hit with mandatory fees cause they know you need a car. they should be out of business and die, lying to people straight up in the face. I hope the owner of this dealership dies with his own car.

They advertise cars cheaper and when you go there they add different fees such as dealer fee $4500 , gass guss fee $1800. When we said them we called and asked for fees, you said no fees so what is this ? they said we have to bring you here and discuss face to face. Dont waste your time with these liars/thieves.

It said us over the phone clearly no Dealer fee and when we went there you guys try to charge 4500 dealer fee for a 2018 used car. You know and everybody there knows what going on there. We lost 3 hours back and forth etc. Its a SCAM. Not fair to people trying to purchase a car. Make honest business.Thats why i want to let people know from here. This Dealership trying to charge $4500 DEALER FEE and +OTHER FEES (1800) top of the advertised vehicle prices. Better STAY AWAY from this Dealer.
