they should not be on your site. they have 3 lots and keep moving the car now it's a $1000 less and will not answer my calls

I purchased an Audi A3 from this dealership my Lexus was a total loss on Christmas night due to vandalism. I haven’t bought a used car in over thirty years K G (the manager) made this used car purchase pleasant from start to finish. Hat’s off for the excellent customer service!!

DIDN'T PAY MUCH ATTENTION AND DIDN'T RECEIVE FOLLOW UP SALES DEPT PEOPLE OF FINANCE

At the moment Zachariah did not follow through with the promises he made while we were looking at the cars, we should have walked out the door! And after he realized I was no longer a happy customer, he directed all further conversation with my husband only and I was no longer even in the room. Totally rude and strong-armed tactics. BEWARE!

Basically on the CarFax report it says that the car has/had 111,848 miles. However upon receiving the vehicle, it actually had 112,145 miles. Also, the dealership was using the car as their personal vehicle. Not to mention, I took the car to BMW of Tampa immediately after purchase. BMW tells me that there is oil leaks, radiator, the tire/rim itself is bent among other issues which the salesman told me weren't an issue. Bought the car in a Friday, that evening it was at BMW. The following Monday (3days later), I was at Car Choice to return the vehicle. I went up there because Everytime I called they claimed the "manager" wasn't in. The salesman got tired of me calling & called me the n-word. So I had a friend go up there & sure enough, the "manager" was there, he was avoiding me. I did actually speak to the "manager", however he then tried to claim that I was lying about the odometer, (again, I have the Carfax report, picture of odometer & the report from BMW of Tampa). He also tried to claim that what the salesman told me wasn't what he actually said but he wasn't even there. They'll try to talk around you, over you & deceive you. & When you come to them with a legit concern, they don't care anymore. I can provide documentation/proof of everything I say. I've since contacted the State Attorney Generals office, BBB, in addition to leaving this review on Google. I've posted reviews on other sites where they try to sell.

This dealership is another thing. Nice cars, nice people. Everything so well explained. All the paperwork on them. Buy a car never were that easy.
