I went to the dealership to get an oil change for my truck. I spoke with Russ the service manager about my concerns. Russ listened with open ears to my concerns. After getting that out of the way, Russ introduced me to ASHLEY. Ashley is a great person and a great listener. We where talking about suspensions and left it at that. While talking with Russ, Ashley came back to me with a great recommendation about what suspension I should get. To me that’s over and above her call of duty. I appreciate the both of you. Took both my 2006 war horse E150 and 2013 E150 in for service. Dropped off both the night before with Lyft rides provided that made it easy.
