Beautiful new dealership/service department. Service writer was the BEST got me in and serviced quickly. Explained my maintenance plan I bought at purchase that I didn't know about

Six good years and Penske Ford is performing at a 10/10...

Six good years and Penske Ford is performing at a 10/10 from my experience. I have been using Mike K as my preferred service advisor, as always. He is the best. No fuss. No mess. Gets his job done proficiency. At the same time he understands customers needs. It is apparentthat his team communicates very well with him. Professional, exact and reliable. Keep it up.

Ahmed Khusro is our dealer's sales person who we worked with, He is very proactive, found what we needed in a very short time, he has all the good works etiquettes', and a very good way to speak with the customer. Very clear and helpful.

Amy was my service person. She was friendly and efficient! I waited for the service to be completed in a very comfortable waiting area with drinks and snacks available!

This experience was great. The staff was knowledgeable and very nice. I felt completely at home and comfortable here. Answered all my questions and made sure everything was good before I left. Most definitely recommending to everyone.

Good service - gives you updates and additional needs and as always dealers charge more for your repairs than an independent service station. That is the only issue I have with taking my car to a dealer for service.

Jorge once of your service guys should work for El Cajon...

Jorge once of your service guys should work for El Cajon Ford. He is rude & said he wasn’t going to fix my transmission bc it’s going to break again. 2013 focus. I still would like to speak to a manager to ask a few questions but I’m still heated abt jorges customer service. David Winslow was and has been very nice. I like Penske Ford w the exception of Jorge. Jorge needs customer service skills

As always, the work done was great. People were friendly. However, my husband had a very bad time dropping off the car. No one provided clear instructions and he was left to just stand there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone to help him.

Richard Kresge and Greg King were great to work with....

Richard Kresge and Greg King were great to work with. Took time to answer questions, no excessive pressure or sales pitches for add-ons. Only frustration was dealer’s requirement for spouse’s credit check for cash sale - totally unnecessary and bureaucratic.
